                North Liberty Community Pantry  5th Annual Turkey Trot 10k, 5k, & 1 Mile(ish) Event
 
Grab your shoes and join North Liberty Community Pantry on July 8, at 9:00 am for the 5th annual Turkey Trot 10k, 5k, & 1 Mile(ish) Event, sponsored by University of Iowa Community Credit Union (UICCU).  Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to register in advance at getmeregistered.com/NorthLibertyTurkeyTrot as the race is expected to sell out quickly.
 
Advanced registration is $25 with a signature Turkey Trot T-shirt and $20 without. On June 27, registration will increase to $35 and T-shirts will go as supplies last. The 10k, 5k and 1 mile(ish) events will begin and end at Centennial Park, in North Liberty.
 
Following the event, folks are invited to stay at Centennial Park for North Liberty Blues & BBQ.
 
The Turkey Trot takes place during Thanksgiving in July (TGIJ), a county-wide food drive that mobilizes the community to collect food and raise funds for local food pantries throughout the month of July. All funds raised at the Turkey Trot will benefit North Liberty Community Pantry and our neighbors in need.
