2019 .5K Fun Run - The Arc
The event will be held on May 18th from 8:00am-12:00pm at Lower City Park in Iowa City.
You might wondering, “What is a .5K?” Well it is approximately 0.3 miles, but more importantly this is an inclusive race for all ages and levels of ability. The Arc’s mission and core values strive to empower people and promote inclusion. We welcome everyone to participate in this unique awareness event. Besides it’s half the effort but twice the fun!
With this event, The Arc wants to raise disability awareness and acceptance in our community.
