COVID-19 Disaster Assistance Guidelines (April 1, 2020)

  • Disaster Assistance funds are available for individuals with COVID-19-related needs from March 16, 2020 and forward.

  • Urgent needs for rental assistance, medications and household supply needs are prioritized at this time.

  • Only COVID-19-related need requests will be accepted.

  • All Disaster Assistance Funds will be distributed to a vendor needing payment, no funds will be distributed to an individual.

  • A completed Disaster Assistance Intake and Signed Release Form are required for consideration to receive Disaster Assistance Funds.

  • All Disaster Assistance Requests and Intakes will be completed over the phone, due to safe social distancing requirements, no walk-in requests are permitted.

  • Requests are processed in the order they are received.

  • Disaster Assistance decisions are dependent on funds available.

  • All Disaster Assistance decisions are final.
