2019 Cooking Class Attendees

Cooking Class:  Taqueria Night

Learn to make authentic corn tortillas and a variety of fillings with Chef Eta Burken and then make your own tacos for dinner. Fillings will include the classic tacos el pastor, citrus marinated pork and chicken verde (a green salsa). We will have chips, salsa and guacamole for noshing as we cook, provide a Bionica (Mexican fruit salad topped with Crème Anglaise) for dessert, and pair everything with beverages.

Hosted by Candace and Jim Murray and taught by Chef Eta Burken.  Location will be provided to ticket purchasers.
