The United Way Women’s Leadership Circle recently held the “Power of the Purse” silent and live purse auction event. It was held on Thursday, October 30 at the Park Lodge at Terry Trueblood Reacreation Area in Iowa City.

The proceeds of The Power of the Purse will go to our Summerships Endowment, which will provide $250 camp scholarships for children who could not otherwise afford a program or camp for academics, sports, music, etc.
