Hillcrest Supported Living Program provides Visiting Counselors that assist adults living with a serious and persistent mental illness, with developing the skills and supports needed to live independently. Hillcrest also offer Visiting Psychiatric Nursing services.

Birch House is a five bed community-based group home for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. We prepare individuals for independent living upon discharge.
