Aging Services offers a continuum of services to help older adults remain in their home. Aging Services' mission is to enhance the lives of older adults by providing services and resources to help them remain independent. Services include but are not limited to Pathways Adult Day Health, Respite, Chore Home Repair & Services, Transportation, Caregiver Support and Referral and Resource Services. Aging Services is dedicated to helping seniors in our community live happy, healthy, active lives as independent as possible.
