Crucial Conversations Workshop

Crucial Conversations training will give you the tools to handle life’s difficult and important conversations. ‘Say what’s on your mind and achieve positive results.’

This course is based on the New York Times best-seller Crucial Conversations: Tools for talking when stakes are high by Kerry Patterson and Joseph Grenny.

In this course you will learn how to:
•    Make it safe to talk about anything
•    Be persuasive; not abrasive
•    Turn crucial conversations into action with positive results

Workshop will be at the Cedar Ridge Winery.
