Nicolet National Bank Invests in Our Community
IOWA CITY, Iowa — September 9, 2026 — United Way of Johnson & Washington Counties today announced a five-year, $550,000 corporate philanthropic commitment from Nicolet National Bank, reinforcing a shared commitment to building stronger, more financially secure communities throughout Johnson and Washington Counties.
The announcement comes as United Way launches its 2026–2027 campaign, United Is The Way, at its Campaign Kickoff on September 16. The campaign calls on businesses, organizations, nonprofits, and community members to come together to address the region’s most pressing challenges and create opportunities for everyone to thrive.
“Nicolet Bank’s five-year commitment is a powerful example of what is possible when businesses invest in the long-term strength of their communities,” said Jennifer Banta, President & CEO of United Way of Johnson & Washington Counties. “This partnership provides both meaningful resources today and the flexibility to respond to emerging needs in the years ahead. We are incredibly grateful for Nicolet’s leadership and belief in the power of coming together to create lasting change.”
Under the agreement, Nicolet Bank will provide United Way with $150,000 in corporate philanthropic support during the first year, followed by $100,000 annually for the next four years.

The commitment also embodies the spirit of United Way’s 2026–2027 campaign theme: United Is The Way.
