A Light Exists in Spring: A Farm-to-Table Benefit Dinner for CommUnity Crisis Services

Held on the evening of Daylight Saving Time—when light quite literally returns—A Light Exists in Spring is inspired by the poetry of Emily Dickinson and the quiet power of hope before growth begins.
This intimate, reflective evening blends food, poetry, and storytelling to honor moments of transition: from darkness to light, from uncertainty to stability, from crisis to care.
This benefit dinner supports CommUnity Crisis Services, an organization providing immediate, non-judgmental support to individuals and families facing emotional, food, and financial crises in our community.

🍽️ Five-course, garden-inspired farm-to-table dinner

🕯️ Candlelight Walk experience with reflection stations

🎶 Live background music from the great Kevin Burt
