Session Purpose
Provide a practical, behind-the-scenes look at how a housing development actually gets built, from the initial concept through completion, with a focus on the costs, requirements, decisions, and barriers that affect housing affordability.
The goal is to help participants understand why it is difficult to build housing affordably and where the process could be improved.
